I need help. I'm so bloody obsessed with obtaining the perfect hourglass shape. I want to have Amber Chia's shape!!...and also Carmen Soo's!!...not forgetting the shapes of international stars like Angelina Jolie and Jessica Alba too!! I don't want this obsession to remain as a dream...
BLAH!! Why does everyone think that a model's body is the perfect shape?? Stupid stereotypical community and damn, I'm one of the victims too!! Lately, I've been staring at myself in the mirror too many freaking times in a day...always asking myself the same old questions since my secondary school days.
"Why are both my arms so flabby??"
"Why do I have this big spare tyre that makes me look as if I were 3-4 months pregnant?!"
"Why are my thighs so big and fat that I can't even see the gap between them??"
"How do I get rid of all this extra fats to get a model's body shape without having to enter Marie France???"
Just because of all these unanswered questions, I started to eat less, exercise more, over and over again but it seems that I've got too much stubborn fats on me. I just managed to lose a few pounds but not the fats that can be clearly seen on my body. I just hate being noticed in the public because of all these extras on my body!!
Last week, I went to Secret Recipe with Joyce, her two other siblings and her admirer to celebrate her birthday. Well, I would say that I had obviously attracted lots of people with my powerful electrocuting eyes!! Hehe...but I realised something too. An ugly reality. Those that I electrocuted looked away directly after realising my extremely flabby arms which is a resemblance of their mother's. Gosh!!! I will never wear a spagetti strap top again in the public until I successfully tone my arms to look like a model's.
After getting those terrible stares from a big crowd of people at Gurney Place, I went to hunt for books, articles, websites and everything else that u can think of on beauty, fitness and slimming tips. The search was mainly on two important criteria, CHEAP and WORKABLE. Come on, I ain't got any extra money to even enter a damn-expensive-popular gym for workouts. So, that explains the word 'cheap', if it's free better still! As for the word 'workable', I've got to make sure that the tips I'm searching for in those sources that I mentioned are reliable and really work. I wouldn't want my arms to be as big as a body builder's!!
Okies, I've got to go and search for MORE beauty, fitness and slimming tips!! Will be back with lots of tips to post in here...
